Order of Acceptance and Pricing
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website.

As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Trade Marks and Copyrights / Use License
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under The United Arab Emirates copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and to waive any objections based upon venue.

Arbitration
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

Return and Refund Requests Policy
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with Wear The Clouds. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
In case our beloved customers would like to request a return or order after checking out, the customer should email us: contactus@omgroupint.com 

Our customers should know that clicking the “check out” button, means that they agree on all our Terms and Conditions and Returns and Refunds Policies.

Returns If the Purchase was Prepaid

  • Cancellation after delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, the customer request to return the product, the customer will receive store credit to be redeemed within three months from the transaction date. 

Exchange Terms
In case the Customer is not happy with his order after delivery, Wear The Clouds will be able to exchange the item(s) the customer have purchased with items of the same total amount.

NOTE:

  • Item(s) should be in a perfect condition and not used along with the original tag.
  • Item(s) should not be washed, ironed nor cleaned in any way or form.
  • Item(s) should be in the same brand box delivered.
  • These policies apply for domestic and international purchases.
  • Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours from the receipt of the item(s).

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.weartheclouds.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes, duties and/or customs applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
www.weartheclouds.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Domestic Shipments

Most domestic orders are shipped from one of our storage locations within 3 to 7 business days excluding weekends according to UAE government, international public holidays and when natural disasters take place; depending on your location, the carrier, and the selected delivery option.

  • International Shipments          

International shipping is currently not available.

Your Rights
If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge.
